I was referred to this facility for physical therapy for Lymphdema prevention after a mastectomy. On the second visit the theraphists, JENNY starts working on the WRONG breast . When I questioned her she said she had me confused with another patient. How can one be confused about the absence of a breast? Would it not be a good idea to review the client's file BEFORE you start treatment? If the patient has had a breast removed, how can a physical therapists be confused on this and start massaging the healthy breast? She said she had me confused with another patient my age that had a DOUBLE Mastectomy. There is something wrong wqith this picture. I am not going back to Jenny. The insurance Company is paying for this kind of treatment????
